Pina Colada Sangria?
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of white wine (750ml)
- 1 cup of coconut rum
- 2 cups of pineapple juice
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of simple syrup
- 2 cups of chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 cup of fresh coconut chunks
Instructions:
1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
2. Add the chopped pineapple and coconut chunks to the pitcher. Mix gently to incorporate the fruit into the sangria.
3. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
4. Before serving, stir the sangria well and taste for sweetness. Add more simple syrup if desired.
5. Serve the Pina Colada Sangria over ice in glasses, garnished with a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of toasted coconut on top.
