A hearty French country-style bread with a golden crust and soft interior.
Ingredients:
500g bread flour
300ml water
10g salt
7g dry yeast
1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
Mix flour, salt, and yeast, then add water and honey.
Knead for 10 minutes until dough is elastic.
Let rise for 2 hours.
Shape into a round loaf and let rest for another 30 minutes.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes until crispy and golden.
