LOVE, Love, Love Salmon Patties!
Ingredients:
1 can (14.75 oz) pink salmon (drained and flaked)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 egg (beaten)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for frying
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients until well combined and form into small patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve with a dollop of tartar sauce or a squeeze of lemon juice. These are perfect for lunch, dinner, or as an appetizer!
