Crustless Quiche with Avocado, Bacon, and Feta recipe
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado (sliced)
4 strips of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the pan)
Fresh cilantro or chives (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish or tart pan with olive oil.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Layer the bottom of the prepared pan with sliced avocado, crumbled bacon, and crumbled feta cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the toppings in the pan, making sure everything is evenly distributed.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is golden and set in the center.
Allow it to cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh cilantro or chives and serve warm.
