1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Β½ cup chicken or seafood broth
1 tsp lemon juice
ΒΌ cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & black pepper to taste

1️⃣ Prepare the Fried Lobster:
Marinate lobster tails in buttermilk for 15 minutes.
