Hot Fudge Brownie Bread 🍫 – You need this!
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Make the Batter:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Add Hot Fudge:
Pour half the batter into the loaf pan.
Drizzle half the hot fudge sauce over the batter.
Add the remaining batter and drizzle the rest of the hot fudge on top.
Bake:
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool & Serve:
Let cool slightly before slicing. Drizzle with extra hot fudge for ultimate gooeyness! 🍫🍞
