Ingredients:
β’ For the Baked Salmon & Shrimp:
β’ 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
β’ 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
β’ 2 tbsp olive oil
β’ 2 cloves garlic, minced
β’ 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
β’ 1 tsp smoked paprika
β’ 1/2 tsp ground cumin
β’ Salt and pepper, to taste
β’ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
β’ For the Broccolini:
β’ 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
β’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β’ Salt and pepper, to taste
β’ 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
β’ For the Garlic Herb Sauce:
β’ 1/4 cup olive oil
β’ 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
β’ 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
β’ 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)
β’ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
β’ Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
β’ Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
2. Prepare the Salmon & Shrimp:
β’ In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
β’ Place the salmon fillets and shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Brush the salmon and shrimp evenly with the garlic herb mixture.
β’ Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Bake the shrimp for 6-8 minutes, or until pink and opaque. Remove both from the oven and set aside.

β’ Arrange the baked salmon fillets and shrimp on a serving platter.
