Easy Cool Whip and Pudding Frosting
Ingredients:
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz container Cool Whip (thawed)
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and powdered sugar. Whisk them together until evenly blended.
Pour in the milk and add the vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture for about 2 minutes until it thickens.
Gradually fold in the thawed Cool Whip, mixing gently until the frosting is smooth and creamy.
Use immediately to frost cakes or cupcakes, or store in the refrigerator for later use.
