Jalapeño Popper Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 jalapeños, finely diced
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Roll into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
