Classic Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta
A comforting dish with tender ground beef, bowtie pasta, and a rich creamy garlic Parmesan sauce—a true family favorite.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz bowtie pasta
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Cook pasta until al dente; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat; sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Add ground beef; cook until browned; drain excess fat.
Stir in beef broth and heavy cream; simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Add pasta and Parmesan; toss until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
