1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
5. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
6. Scoop dough into small balls on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
