📝 Ingredients:

For the Steak:

1 boneless ribeye steak (10–12 oz)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves, smashed

Fresh parsley, for garnish

For the Garlic Butter Shrimp:

8–10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

Juice of half a lemon

Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Mashed Potatoes:

3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 tbsp butter

1/4 cup milk or cream

Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Sautéed Spinach:

2 cups fresh spinach

1 tsp olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

Pinch of salt

🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Make the Mashed Potatoes:

Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain, mash with butter and milk until smooth. Season to taste.

2️⃣ Cook the Steak:

Season steak generously with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side. Add butter and garlic, baste for 1 more minute. Let rest.

3️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp:

In a pan, melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic, then shrimp. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Squeeze in lemon juice and season.

4️⃣ Prepare the Spinach:

In a separate pan, sauté spinach with olive oil and garlic until wilted. Add a pinch of salt.

5️⃣ Plate & Serve:

Arrange mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach, steak, and shrimp on a plate. Drizzle steak juices over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
