Ferrero Rocher cake
Ingredients:
200 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of sugar
4 eggs
12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
1 tablespoon of royal
200 grams of evaporated milk
1 pinch of salt
50 grams of oil
Preparation:
In a bowl, we put the whites and sugar and beat until we get peaks. Beat the yolks, evaporated milk, oil, salt and crushed Ferrero. Add baking powder and flour, sifted and mix until you get a homogeneous dough. Finally, we add the whites in an envelope. We pour this dough into a mold greased with butter and put in the oven at 180ยบ C for approximately 45 minutes. Decorate to taste with more chocolates and bitumen.
