Baked Chicken and Baked Ribs
1. Recipe: Baked Chicken with Carne Asada seasonings
All you need:
4-6 chicken thighs with skin
1 tablespoon Carne asada seasonings
1/2 teaspoon salt
Steps:
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking pan with foil and place a baking rack on middle.
Dab the chicken skin dry and season generously with the seasoning.
Place the chicken thighs on the rack, skin side up, and bake uncovered 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.

2. Baked Ribs with homemade Chinese Style Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients:
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Asian fish sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup onion diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
1/4 cup ketchup
Steps:
Mix everything well and blends in food processor until smooth. Transfer to a sauce pan and let it boils for couple minutes. Remove from heat and ready to use.
