Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
12 oz rotini pasta
4 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
In a large pot, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, then add uncooked rotini pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender (about 10-12 minutes).
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired
