Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles
Ingredients:
1 lb stew meat (or 2 lbs for meatier servings)
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 can’s worth of beef broth (use the empty cream of mushroom soup can to measure)
Egg noodles, cooked separately
Directions:
Assemble in the Crockpot:
Add the stew meat, onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, canned mushrooms, and beef broth to the crockpot.
Mix and Cook:
Stir everything to combine well. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender and the flavors have melded.
Cook the Noodles:
Near the end of the cooking time, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
Serve:
Spoon the beef tips and gravy over the warm, drained egg noodles. Serve immediately for a cozy, satisfying meal.
