Tuna & Egg Breakfast Toasts π₯π
Power-packed, protein-rich breakfast for busy mornings!
Ingredients:
2 slices of crusty bread (like sourdough or rye)
1 can tuna (in water or oil, drained)
2 boiled eggs (medium or soft-boiled, halved or quartered)
1β2 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh chives or green onions, chopped
Olive oil (optional drizzle)
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Toast the Bread:
Lightly toast your slices of bread until golden and crispy.
2οΈβ£ Make the Tuna Base:
Mix the drained tuna with mayo or Greek yogurt if desired. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
3οΈβ£ Spread It On:
Spread a generous layer of tuna mix onto each slice of toast.
4οΈβ£ Top with Boiled Eggs:
Slice or quarter your boiled eggs and layer them over the tuna. Make it pretty and packed!
