📝 Ingredients:
• Pears (peeled): 4
• Sugar: 100 g
• Water: 500 ml
• Vanilla bean or extract: 1 tsp
• Dark chocolate: 100 g
• Heavy cream: 100 ml
• Vanilla ice cream: to serve
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Simmer water, sugar, and vanilla. Add pears and poach 20 min.
2️⃣ Melt chocolate and mix with cream until smooth.
