Peeps Easter Cocktails

Ingredients (per cocktail):
• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz blue curaçao (for blue drink) or 1 oz grenadine (for pink drink)
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz simple syrup
• Green sugar for rimming
• 1 marshmallow Peep (bunny shape) for garnish
• Ice

Preparation:
1. Rim a martini glass with lemon juice and dip in green sugar.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and either blue curaçao or grenadine.
4. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
5. Garnish with a marshmallow Peep on the rim.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
