1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 large eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened butter, melted
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan (8x8) with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix the Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Bake:
