• Salt and pepper, to taste
• ½ medium onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 cups beef broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 cups bowtie pasta (farfalle)
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
• 1 tsp paprika (optional, for added flavor)

1. Cook the Beef:
• In a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
• Season with salt and pepper.
• Drain any excess fat if necessary.
2. Sauté Onion & Garlic:
• Add the diced onion and cook until soft (about 3-4 minutes).
• Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add Liquids & Pasta:
• Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream.
• Stir well and bring to a gentle boil.
4. Cook the Pasta:
