Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls 🥢🔥

📋 Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- egg roll wrappers
- cooking spray
📝 Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and green onions until well mixed.
2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper.
3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Seal the edges with a little water if needed.
4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
6. Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
7. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
8. Serve with additional buffalo sauce or dipping sauce of choice.
