Ingredients:

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp garlic butter
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
For the Creamy Penne Alfredo:
1 lb penne pasta
6 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:

1. Cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and garlic butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and season with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
3. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Add chicken broth and let simmer for 2-3 minutes to create a light sauce. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
