Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or rotini)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper until the beef is browned and the vegetables are soft. Drain any excess grease.
3. Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the sliced pepperoni.
5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
