🧡 Pumpkin Soda Floats 🧡
What You’ll Need

4 big scoops vanilla ice cream (let it sit out for 5 minutes to soften slightly)
2 cups cold orange cream soda or blood orange soda (straight from the fridge)
¼ cup whipped cream (the kind from a can works great)
2 tbsp candy corn
2 tbsp orange and black sprinkles (the Halloween kind)
1 tbsp caramel syrup or clear piping gel
2 fun striped paper straws
Optional: a tiny pinch of pumpkin pie spice (for dusting on top)
How to Make Them

Get the Glasses Ready: Pour sprinkles onto a small plate. Lightly rub caramel or piping gel around the outer rim of two tall glasses. Roll the rims in the sprinkles until they stick all around. Let them sit for a few minutes so the sprinkles set.
Add the Ice Cream: Put two scoops of ice cream into the bottom of each glass. Push them down gently so they sit flat and won’t float away.
Pour the Soda Slowly: Tilt the glass and pour the cold soda down the inside wall. This keeps it from bubbling over too fast. Fill it almost to the top—the foam will rise!
Top It Off: Pile a big swirl of whipped cream on top of each float. Sprinkle candy corn and a few extra sprinkles over the cream. If you like, give it a light dusting of pumpkin spice for extra fall flavor.
Serve Right Away: Stick a striped straw in each glass. Hand out long spoons and enjoy immediately—before the fizz goes flat and the ice cream melts!
