Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 Β½ cups buttermilk (or substitute with homemade buttermilk)
3 eggs
2 Β½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Β½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice mix
ΒΌ cup light brown sugar
ΒΌ cup butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, and buttermilk until the mixture is smooth.
