•⁠ 1 small onion, finely chopped
•⁠ 2 garlic cloves, minced
•⁠ 1 celery stalk, finely diced
•⁠ 1/4 cup tomato paste
•⁠ 2 cups seafood stock
•⁠ 1/2 cup heavy cream
•⁠ 1/4 cup dry white cooking wine or substitute with seafood stock
•⁠ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
•⁠ 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for spice)
•⁠ Salt and pepper to taste
•⁠ 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
1️⃣ In a large pot, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and celery. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Stir in tomato paste, smoked paprika, and cayenne (if using). Cook for 1-2 minutes to enhance flavors.
