1 Β½ cups all-purpose flour π

1 tablespoon of instant coffee beans dissolved in 2 tablespoons of hot water β

1οΈβ£ Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
2οΈβ£ In a large bowl, beat together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3οΈβ£ In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract and dissolved coffee until well combined.
4οΈβ£ Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Add the chocolate chips.
5οΈβ£ Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6οΈβ£ Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
7οΈβ£ Once the cake is cool, drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
