Garlic Butter Steak and Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz noodles (lo mein, spaghetti, or rice noodles)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: sliced green onions, sesame seeds, chili flakes for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Season steak and shrimp with salt and pepper.
3. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add steak slices and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, or until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of butter and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes, until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
5. Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining tablespoon of butter and garlic to the pan. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
6. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Add cooked noodles and toss to coat.
7. Return steak and shrimp to the pan and toss everything together for 1–2 minutes until heated through and well mixed.
8. Serve hot.
