🇮🇹 Pasta al Tartufo (Rigatoni with Truffle Sauce) Luxuriously creamy rigatoni pasta scented with earthy truffle aroma — pure elegance on a plate!
Ingredients:
• 250 g rigatoni pasta
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 small black truffle (or 2 tbsp truffle oil)
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp butter
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. 🍝 Cook rigatoni until al dente, reserve some pasta water.
2. 🧈 In a pan, melt butter and gently heat cream.
3. 🍄 Stir in Parmesan, truffle shavings (or truffle oil), and pasta water to form a sauce.
4. 🌟 Toss pasta with sauce and garnish with extra truffle and Parmesan!
