Shrimp & Sausage Stir-Fry Skillet 🍤🔥
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 smoked sausage, sliced
1 small head of cabbage, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Sauté sausage slices until browned; remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink; set aside with sausage.
4. Add onion and garlic to the skillet; cook until soft.
5. Toss in cabbage, season with paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
6. Stir-fry until cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
7. Return shrimp and sausage to the skillet; mix well and heat through.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
