Ingredients:
Crust:
1 Β½ cups graham cracker crumbs πͺ
2 tbsp sugar π
5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted π§
Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened π§
1 cup white chocolate chips, melted π«
Β½ cup sugar π
1 tsp vanilla extract πΌ
3 large eggs π₯
1 cup sour cream π¦
ΒΌ cup heavy cream π₯
Strawberry Topping:
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced π
ΒΌ cup sugar π
Instructions:
πͺ Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
πͺ For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and set aside.
π§ For the filling, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Stir in melted white chocolate and vanilla extract.
π₯ Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream.
π° Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
π₯ Bake for 50β55 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
π For the topping, combine sliced strawberries and sugar in a bowl. Let sit for 15β20 minutes until juices form.
