SautΓ© mushrooms in olive oil or butter until golden and set aside. Steam or lightly blanch broccoli until tender-crisp. Scramble eggs over low heat until fluffy and creamy. Slice the avocado thinly. Assemble everything in a bowlβcreamy eggs, mushrooms, broccoli, and avocado. Top with chopped chives and freshly cracked pepper.
