• 🍬 ½ cup of brunette sugar
• 🥄 2 tbsp. of ground cinnamon

For the glaze:
• 🍬 1 cup of powdered sugar
• 🥛 3 Ties. of milk or cream
• 🌿 ½ cdita. vanilla extract

1️⃣ Prepare the base:
• Mix cookie crumbs with butter and pressure them in a removable mold of 9 inches.
2️⃣ Do the cinnamon swirl:
• Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter to create a paste.
3️⃣ Prepare the filling:
• Beat the cream cheese, sugars, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon until you get a soft mixture.
4️⃣ Assemble the cake:
• Pour half of the filling on the base, add half of the cinnamon swirl and create a marbled effect. Repeat with the rest.
5️⃣ Bake:
• Bake at 325 ° F (160 ° C) for 50-60 min. Cool in the oven with the ajar door.
