I just made this Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Savory Parmesan Linguine, and wow, it’s absolutely delicious! The chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the garlic butter sauce is rich and savory. The parmesan pasta is the perfect creamy side to go with it. This one’s definitely going on repeat!

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
3 tbsp butter, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
For the Parmesan Linguine:
8 oz linguine
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions:

Start by cooking the linguine according to the package instructions. Be sure to save 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining. Set the pasta aside.
While the pasta cooks, season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring every so often, until it’s golden brown and cooked through. Once done, take the chicken out of the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the garlic, lemon zest, and juice, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Toss the chicken back in, coating it in the zesty lemon garlic butter. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
For the Parmesan linguine, melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the heavy cream and garlic powder, mixing until smooth. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until everything is melted and creamy. If you need to adjust the consistency, add the reserved pasta water a little at a time. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the linguine to the sauce and toss it well to coat all the pasta with the creamy mixture.
Serve the lemon garlic butter chicken alongside the savory Parmesan linguine, and don’t forget to sprinkle more parsley and grated Parmesan on top for an extra touch!
