Easy and quick Chocolate Strawberry Swiss Roll 🤤
Ingredients:
• 4 eggs
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup flour
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup whipped cream
• Fresh strawberries
• ½ cup melted dark chocolate
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, then fold in flour, cocoa, and vanilla.
3. Spread the batter on the tray and bake for 10 minutes.
4. Roll the warm cake in a clean towel and let it cool.
5. Unroll, spread whipped cream, and place sliced strawberries.
6. Roll it back, cover with melted chocolate, and decorate with more strawberries.
7. Chill before serving and enjoy!
