EGG Substitutes for Baking
These are the easiest egg substitutes for baking. Hope you find it helpful. Each substitutes replace 1 egg. You can add more baking powder to make your baked goods more fluffy or rise better.
Substitute for 1 egg:
• SILKEN TOFU - 1/4 CUP or
• YOGURT - 1/4 CUP or
• 1 RIPE BANANA or
• 1 TBSP FLAXSEED + 3 TBSP WATER or
• APPLESAUCE - 1/4 CUP
