Beef and Cheese Tortellini Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 package cheese tortellini
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
3. Add the ground beef and Italian seasoning, cooking until browned.
4. Stir in the marinara sauce and let simmer for a few minutes.
5. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then mix with the beef mixture.
6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
