Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef, onions, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
4. Add ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture. Stir in cooked pasta.
5. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, cover, and let it melt.
