Ingredients:

- 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling, mashed
- 1 box yellow cake mix

- Sugar and cinnamon, for topping

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed apple pie filling, yellow cake mix, eggs, self-rising flour, and cinnamon. Mix until well blended.
3. Fold in the chopped apple gently into the batter.
