🧅🥧 Tarte à l’Oignon
Savory onion tart from Alsace, creamy and flavorful 😋.
Ingredients:
• 300 g onions
• 1 shortcrust pastry
• 200 ml cream
• 2 eggs
• 50 g butter
• Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Instructions:
1️⃣ Pre-bake pastry at 180°C for 10 min.
2️⃣ Sauté onions in butter until soft.
3️⃣ Mix cream, eggs, nutmeg, and onions.
4️⃣ Pour into tart shell, bake 25–30 min.
