Wendy's Chili
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cans red kidney beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 packet chili seasoning mix
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
2. Add in the chopped onion and green pepper, cooking until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili seasoning mix, and water.
4. Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or diced onions.
