🥬 Spinach Lasagna
A comforting and creamy Spinach Lasagna, layered with pasta, ricotta, and spinach, baked until golden perfection.
Ingredients:
• Lasagna noodles: 12 sheets
• Spinach: 1 lb (450 g), cooked & chopped
• Ricotta cheese: 2 cups (450 g)
• Mozzarella cheese: 2 cups (200 g), shredded
• Parmesan cheese: ½ cup (50 g), grated
• Egg: 1
• Marinara sauce: 3 cups (700 ml)
• Salt & pepper: to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ • Mix ricotta, spinach, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3️⃣ • Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
4️⃣ • Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and sauce. Repeat.
5️⃣ • Finish with noodles, sauce, and mozzarella on top.
6️⃣ • Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 more until golden.
7️⃣ • Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
