🛒 Ingredients
For the Chicken:
2 large chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt & black pepper
For the Salad:
1 cucumber, sliced
200g cherry tomatoes, halved
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 small lettuce, shredded
Fresh dill
For the Tzatziki Dressing:
200g Greek yogurt
½ cucumber, grated and drained
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt & pepper
👩🍳 Method
Cook chicken: Rub chicken with oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-sear for 6–7 mins per side until golden and cooked through. Slice.
Prepare salad: Toss cucumber, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, and dill in a bowl.
Make tzatziki: Mix yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon, dill, salt, and pepper.
Assemble: Arrange salad on a plate, top with chicken slices, drizzle with tzatziki.
