Crispy Fried Chicken Tenders 🍗🔥
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
2 cups buttermilk
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Directions:
1. Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour.
4. Fry in hot oil (350°F / 175°C) for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
