🇫🇷 Gratin de Courgettes (Zucchini Gratin)
Creamy, cheesy, and golden—this gratin is a cozy side dish or light vegetarian meal.
Ingredients:
• 2 zucchinis, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
• 1 tbsp butter
• Salt and pepper
• Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
3. Layer zucchini, seasoning each layer.
4. Pour cream over and top with Gruyère.
5. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
