Juicy Pineapple Heaven Cake
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice)
1/2 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Cream Filling Layer:
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup whipped topping
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Topping:
Pineapple slices or chunks (from a 15 oz can, drained)
2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional for extra caramelization)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, crushed pineapple (with juice), sour cream, eggs, and oil. Mix until well blended.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
In a small bowl, mix drained crushed pineapple, cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Gently spread the cream mixture over the first cake layer.
Pour and spread the remaining batter on top.
Layer pineapple chunks or slices over the batter and sprinkle with brown sugar (if using).
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before serving warm or chilled.
