📝 Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box: eggs, oil, water)
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup cold milk 🥛
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
Optional: toasted coconut or chopped pecans for garnish 🥥🌰

Bake the cake in a 9x13” pan according to the box instructions. Let it cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add pudding mix and beat until thickened.
