🥄 Ingredients:
2 (15 oz) cans corn, drained
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2–3 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: crushed Ritz crackers or tortilla chips for topping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine corn, cream cheese, cheddar, Parmesan, jalapeños, milk, butter, and seasonings. Mix well.
Bake it up: Pour into prepared dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle with crushed crackers or chips if using.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Cool slightly and serve warm with a spoonful of love!
