For the base:
β’ 1 Β½ cakes of crushed oreo cookies
β’ ΒΌ cup of melted butter
For Cheesecake:
β’ 450 g of cream cheese, softened
β’ 1 cup of sugar
β’ 1 cup of beat
β’ 3 eggs
β’ 1 vain extract cdta
For red fruits coverage:
β’ 1 cup of fresh cherries
β’ 1 cup of fresh molas
β’ Β½ cup of sugar
β’ 1 CDA of Maicena

β’ Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter.
β’ Press at the bottom of a removable mold and cool.

β’ Beat the cream cheese with sugar until it is creamy.
β’ Add the eggs one by one, then the cream to beat and the vanilla.
β’ Pour the mixture on the base.

β’ Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is firm.
